The Group began in business since early 1970 servicing engineering products to Mechanical & Electrical Contractors, which then expanded into many other products satisfying our clients worldwide. 

We dedicate ourselves to customers’ needs with fine quality products and services through effective communication with knowledge base assistance to our clients. With established marketing network through our overseas offices and our applicators/distributors worldwide combined with our excellent team and experience, it forms a strong and efficient networking around the world. Most of our customers at the beginning of the operation are still with us today. Their loyalty to us is an evidence of our high level of service and support to our clients.Then by early 1990, at time when the demand for US products and services overseas were at a low due to high currency rates and production cutbacks along with very active and tight competition from Japan and European Countries, we establish our holding company. The Group is managed by corporate & personal stockholders and professionals with over 100 years of combined experience in Management, Engineering and International Trade.

To date the Group maintain its core business to promote US products and services in export markets focusing in Asia & Pacific region.

Asia and Pacific region has emerged into the world’s single largest market and fastest growing economy, and will continue this growth rate through the next decade. Although the 1997 economic setback in Asia affected the pace of its growth, today the region achieve 5 - 8% annual growth. This region represents over 33% of the world’s market, larger than Europe (30%) and Americas (23%).

Today, the Group has established sales & distribution networks in Asia, Pacific and Europe (the flags above represent 8 key countries where we maintain hub office operations and 5 other countries where we operate representative offices) through our offices located in eight key cities and five representative offices with hundreds of dealerships/sub-distributors around the world.

Our overseas hub offices are located in Tokyo-Japan, Singapore, Jakarta-Indonesia, Hong Kong & Shanghai-China and Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia with Singapore serving as the regional coordinating office. Our hub office in Roermond-Holland coordinates our network in Europe.

The Group activities have expanded and diversified into other business areas, including distribution of products and application in US and other markets, participating and leading US consortium in developing other area of business potentials as well as setting up franchise management company, without diverting from our core mission to promote US products and services in the Global market.

Recent acquisition provides supplementary support to our plan to better service our clients worldwide.

The Group offers various products and services while maintaining strong market shares for US Manufactured products, represented by our Group, in overseas market. Our advanced facilities with strong R&D and Technical Support team enable us to continue our efforts to invent new innovative product supporting our projects worldwide.

Today, we have expanded our operations into design & development and production of specialty products with clients ranging from Contractors, Developers, Wholesalers through end-users and general consumers.
